Currently google accepting publishers with following policies only

Publishers that agree to the online AdSense Terms and Conditions

If your are fail to comply adsense policy terms google have rights to disable your account you do not participate further participation in google

Invalid Clicks and impressions

Publishers may not click on their own ads and don’t use manual methods to earning amount then you may lead to disabled from use of adsense

Encouraging clicks

Encouraging your friends or visitors to click ads or putting below content  or above content put any offer u produce to click on ad

Content guidelines

Publishers blog not copied the data from other websites.publishers may not place ads in the page two only put above two your account is terminated

Copyrighted material

Copyrighted material  content have websites are not accepted by google adsense. After accepting in your blog there shows any copyrighted material shown that blog terminated.

Don’t use ads where copyrighted material is present

Traffic sources

Google adsense not a Traffic source website. Only depending upon the content the ads are displayed by the advertisers of google adsense.

publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site.

 Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.
