Airtel launched Call me back service for customers
Airtel, in partnership with mCarbon (a Value Added Service provider), has launched'Call-me-back' service for prepaid customers
By using this service customer can request their family and friends to call them back if they have a balance of less than Re 1.
To start this service customer need to send short messaging service(SMS) to Customercare number as follows
CALL (Airtel number you want to speak to) to 121
Thereafter the person you want to speak to get an sms to his mobile like below
“Please call me back thankyou”
For this service Airtel not charged to the both of the users after message viewed by the outer person he want to call to msg sender number he charged as per tariff only. He not charged extra charges.
Note: This service use in a day only 3 times
